Fat: 35.41g | Prot: 52.50g | Carb: 112.16g.   Breakfast:  granola thins. Lunch:  Pinto Beans (Mature Seeds, Sprouted), Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Cornbread (Home Recipe), Turkey Neck Meat. Dinner:  Oroweat whole wheat sandwich thins, Carving Board Chicken Breast, sensible portions veggie chips, Miracle Whip Light. Snacks/Other:  No Sugar Added Creamsicle Pops Frozen Novelties, granola thins.
