Fat: 30.43g | Prot: 140.23g | Carb: 157.17g.   Breakfast:  All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Canadian Bacon, cheese mix, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), GOLEAN Crunch!, Hearty Light Multi-Grain English Muffins, No Sugar Added Fruit Cocktail. Lunch:  1% milk, Builder's Bar - Vanilla Almond, papaya, six star. Dinner:  1/3 Less Fat Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese, hillshire Farms Grilled Essentials, Soft Tortilla Wraps. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat), Riesling Wine, Smoked White Turkey Franks.
