Lunch:  Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Sliced Beetroot. Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Krydder Boller, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Pineapple Juice.
