Fat: 60.54g | Prot: 137.73g | Carb: 285.39g.   Breakfast:  3 in 1 Milk Tea, Wholemeal Bread, Chilli Tuna Light. Lunch:  Cooked Egg White, Weet-Bix, Wholemeal Bread, Gold Standard 100% Whey, Omega Plus Milk Powder, skippy, creature. Dinner:  Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), skippy, wholemeal fairprice, cooked egg white, banana cake. Snacks/Other:  Weet-Bix, Gold Standard 100% Whey, Omega Plus Milk Powder, Creature Creatine, banana cake, banana, fried rice.
