Fat: 72.83g | Prot: 76.98g | Carb: 107.57g.   Breakfast:  blue berries, oatmeal, SKIM MILK. Lunch:  almonds, apple, cheese. Dinner:  avacado, fudgecycle, noodles, steak, tomatoe. Snacks/Other:  peanut butter filled pretzels.
