Fat: 55.75g | Prot: 73.68g | Carb: 112.76g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fried egg, Honey Wheat Bread, i can't believe it's not butter. Lunch:  canned spinach, chicken of the sea, i can't believe its not butter, kraft shredded colby, miracle whip. Dinner:  bacon bits, blue cheese dressing, ham bean soup, lettuce, shredded cheddar. Snacks/Other:  90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
