Fat: 47.97g | Prot: 63.56g | Carb: 118.18g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Poached Egg, Top Ramen Chicken Flavor Oodles of Noodles Soup. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Clod Steak, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Garden Salad, New Orleans Style Red Beans & Rice, Red Wine Vinaigrette.
