Fat: 43.40g | Prot: 72.17g | Carb: 238.41g.   Breakfast:  Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Cheese, Sauteed Mushrooms, Onions and Bell Peppers, All Whites, Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, V8 100% Vegetable Juice, Corn Muffins. Lunch:  Watermelon. Dinner:  Chunky Fajita Chicken Soup, Corn On The Cob with Butter, Mixed Salad Greens, Carrots, Mushrooms, Stuffed Green Olives, Green Bell Pepper, Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Fish Oil Omega 3, 100% Coconut Water, Excellence Intense Dark Chocolate 70% Cocoa, Rum and Cola.
