Fat: 113.94g | Prot: 157.96g | Carb: 264.38g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein - Vanilla, 2% Reduced Fat Milk, Nature's Three Berries. Lunch:  Crispy Chicken Sandwich, French Fries (Kids’ Meal). Dinner:  BBQ Beef Mini Meal (No Sides), BBQ Chicken, Chicken Katsu, Famous Star with Cheese Burger, Macaroni Salad, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla.
