Fat: 62.30g | Prot: 124.52g | Carb: 216.65g.   Breakfast:  Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Shaved Turkey Breast, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise with Olive Oil, Split Top Wheat Bread (L'oven Fresh), Swiss Cheese Slices. Lunch:  6" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, Baked Southwestern Ranch Flavored Potato Crisps (Lay's). Dinner:  Light Margarita, Turkey Shepherd's Pie. Snacks/Other:  Chunk Light Tuna, Italian Salad Blend, Large Grade A Eggs (Hard Boiled), Reduced Fat Mayonnaise with Olive Oil, Split Top Wheat Bread (L'oven Fresh).
