Dinner:  Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Red Tomatoes, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Sour Cream, Strawberries. Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Milk, Pineapple Juice, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
