Fat: 42.73g | Prot: 97.61g | Carb: 181.06g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), banana, Creamy Salted Peanut Butter, trader joe whey protein. Lunch:  pita bread, salad, octopus, shrimp. Dinner:  Puffins Peanut Butter Cereal, Organic Whole Grain Flax & Fiber Bread, Sliced Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Maple Turkey Breast, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Vanilla, oatmeal, mr. nature, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine.
