Fat: 95.84g | Prot: 125.95g | Carb: 223.55g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Blueberry & Pomegranate Acai Juice, Builder's Bar - Vanilla Almond, Peak Performance Whey Protein, Protein Plus Parfait Smoothie - Strawberry + Yogurt + Granola. Lunch:  Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT on Sourdough. Dinner:  Cafe salad, Tuna Fish Salad. Snacks/Other:  carrot cake.
