Breakfast: Boiled Egg, genoa salami, Iced Coffee with Milk, Mini Sweet Peppers. Lunch: Select Harvest Healthy Request soup. Dinner: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, mushrooms, soy sauce, sugar, Swai White Fish Fillets, zucchini. Snacks/Other: granny smith apple.
