Fat: 43.52g | Prot: 129.64g | Carb: 156.81g.   Breakfast:  almond, quick oats, whey pro henr. Lunch:  boars head turkey, brown rice, chicken breast, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), harvest hodgepodge, wheat bread. Dinner:  brown rice, cabbage, lean beef steak, meat sauce.
