Fat: 107.78g | Prot: 132.54g | Carb: 269.01g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Orange Juice, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Quesadilla with Meat and Cheese, Sour Cream. Dinner:  Chicken, Mixed Salad Greens, Roast Beef, Salmon. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Clif Bar - Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch, Triple Chocolate Brownies.
