Fat: 25.25g | Prot: 73.19g | Carb: 145.70g.   Breakfast:  egg, egg white, milk, WHOLEMEAL BREAD. Lunch:  egg white, mushrooms, wholemeal bread. Dinner:  beef mince, brown rice, canned tomato, cheese, iceberg lettuce, kidney beans, mushrooms, red onion, sweet pepper. Snacks/Other:  mango, melon.
