Breakfast: 100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Extreme Milk Chocolate, Fage Yogurt, Go Lean CRUNCH!, Green Tea. Lunch: 100% Whole Grains Whole Wheat Bread, Old Fashioned Pretzel Sticks, Peanut Butter (Creamy), Sugarless Gum with Xylitol. Dinner: Chicken Breast, Fage , Pace Salsa, Salami. Snacks/Other: Blackberries, Carmelo ice cream bar, Cheese, Fudge Bar, Raisins, Sea Salt & Pepper Cashews.
