Fat: 38.16g | Prot: 58.41g | Carb: 390.15g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Multigrain Bread, Orange Juice, Rice Krispies Cereal, Tea (Brewed), Vitality Strawberry Pre And Probiotic Low Fat Yogurt. Lunch:  Apples, Bananas. Dinner:  Pasta with Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Banana Muffin, Cheese Sandwich, Lager, Oat Bran, Twirl bar.
