Fat: 87.19g | Prot: 163.20g | Carb: 143.84g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Honey Turkey Breast, Colby Cheese, Baby Bella Mushrooms, Horseradish Sauce, Olive Oil, Hazelnut Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Tuna in Water (Canned), Boiled Egg, Black Olives, Dill Pickle Relish, Wheat Bread (Reduced Calorie), Pepper Jack Cheese, Light Mayonnaise (Best Foods). Dinner:  12" Club, Jalapeno Potato Chips.
