Fat: 87.19g | Prot: 163.20g | Carb: 143.84g.   Breakfast:  Baby Bella Mushrooms, Colby Cheese, Egg, Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Honey Turkey Breast, Horseradish Sauce, Olive Oil. Lunch:  Black Olives, Boiled Egg, Dill Pickle Relish, Light Mayonnaise (Best Foods), Pepper Jack Cheese, Tuna in Water (Canned), Wheat Bread (Reduced Calorie). Dinner:  12" Club, Jalapeno Potato Chips.
