Fat: 50.93g | Prot: 47.18g | Carb: 148.78g.   Breakfast:  cinnabon cinamon bread. Lunch:  Blackberries. Dinner:  French Onion Soup (with Cheese & Croutons), Potato Chips, Sierra Turkey Sandwich on Focaccia with Asiago Cheese (Half). Snacks/Other:  hershey's cocoa powder, skim milk.
