Dinner:  Sticky Rice, Stir Fried Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Nectar Fuzzy Navel Flavored Whey, Nesquik Reduced Fat Chocolate Milk, Pineapple in Sugar Free Strawberry Gel, Thirst Quencher Lemon-Lime Instant Mix.
