Fat: 52.42g | Prot: 63.23g | Carb: 188.70g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Mixed Nuts, Multi Grain Flakes Cereal, Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat) . Lunch:  Beef Steak, CHEESE GRILLER, coffee with milk and sugar, GRAPEFRUIT, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, mixed vegetables. Dinner:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Chicken, Cooked Carrots, Corn on The Cob with Butter, Sweet Red Peppers.
