Fat: 156.38g | Prot: 121.92g | Carb: 195.17g.   Breakfast:  Allgäuer Limburger Leicht, Kaffeeweisser, Lachsschinken, Mehrkorn Toastbrötchen 3Ähren, Roggen Vollkorn Knäckebrot, Truthahnsalami. Lunch:  Blattsalat Eisberg Mix, Champignons, Hartgekochtes Ei, Joghurt Salatdressing. Dinner:  Champignons, Geflügel Würstchen, Lauch, Saure Sahne, Spargel. Snacks/Other:  Cashewkerne, Kaffeeweisser, Wasabi Chips.
