Dinner:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Beef Top Loin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Margarine, Sour Cream (Light). Snacks/Other:  Nutri-Grain Cereal Bar - Blueberry, Mocha Coconut Frappuccino Light (Grande).
