Fat: 55.23g | Prot: 92.49g | Carb: 187.42g.   Breakfast:  Fat Free Half and Half, Fat Free Singles Sharp, Healthy Canadian Style Bacon, Light English Muffin, Real Eggs, v8 tomato juice. Lunch:  Chick Peas, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Chick Peas, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fat Free Sour Cream, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless, Lean Only), Sauvignon Blanc Wine. Snacks/Other:  Alcoholic Beverage (80 Proof, Gin Rum Vodka Whiskey), Bananas, Dry Roasted Almonds, Ice Cream Bars - Giant Chocolate Fudge.
