Fat: 55.23g | Prot: 92.49g | Carb: 187.42g.   Breakfast:  Light English Muffin, Fat Free Half and Half, Real Eggs, Fat Free Singles Sharp, Healthy Canadian Style Bacon, v8 tomato juice. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chick Peas, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner:  Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless, Lean Only), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chick Peas, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Fat Free Sour Cream, Sauvignon Blanc Wine. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Almonds, Bananas, Alcoholic Beverage (80 Proof, Gin Rum Vodka Whiskey), Ice Cream Bars - Giant Chocolate Fudge.
