Fat: 53.66g | Prot: 67.57g | Carb: 179.85g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Grain Bread, Skinny Vanilla Latte (Venti). Lunch:  Chunky Chicken Rice Soup (Canned) , Italian Dressing (made with Vinegar and Oil), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tomatoes, Tortilla Corn Chips. Dinner:  Broiled Tomatoes, Butter , Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, White Table Wine . Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting) , Flour Tortilla, Kisses.
