Lunch:  Celery, lobnobs, Red Tomatoes, Sliced Beetroot, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Krydder Boller, Milk.
