Fat: 52.78g | Prot: 83.61g | Carb: 129.06g.   Breakfast:  Banana, Clover Honey, Light Vanilla Soy Milk, Multi Grain Cheerios. Lunch:  Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Mangos, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Pineapple, Strawberries, Watermelon, Wheat Thins Toasted Chips Veggie. Dinner:  Chopped Chicken Cobb Salad. Snacks/Other:  Clover Honey, Diet Coke 20 oz bottel, Special K Protein Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut Butter.
