Fat: 32.26g | Prot: 92.37g | Carb: 140.56g.   Breakfast:  cabot 75%, Coconut Milk Creamer - French Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), honeycrisp apple, No Calorie Sweetener, swiss miss diet hot chocolate, Whole Natural Almonds. Lunch:  carrots, cottage cheese, hard boiled egg, TLC Fruit & Grain Bars- Dark Chocolate Coconut. Dinner:  gorton's salmon, Winter Mix Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Blackberries, Blueberries, honeydew melon, metamucil, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Organic Ground Flaxseed, Strawberries.
