Dinner:  Boil in Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice, Cantaloupe Melons, Honeydew, Light Beef Pot Roast Soup, Mangos, Melba Toast. Snacks/Other:  AdvantEdge Carb Control Shake, Apple, Cinnamon Apple Straws, Diet Green Tea Lipton, Fat Free Mini Pretzels, Orange, Pure Protein Shake - Frosty Chocolate (Bottle), Whole Natural Almonds.
