Fat: 32.78g | Prot: 31.22g | Carb: 108.67g.   Breakfast:  Clover Honey, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Porridge, Walnuts. Lunch:  Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Red Tomatoes, Sliced Beetroot, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Asparagus Tips, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Milk, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Sliced Beetroot, Tea Unsweetened.
