Fat: 76.68g | Prot: 63.73g | Carb: 152.87g.   Breakfast:  Light Soft Spread, Non Fat Plain Soy Milk, Multi Grain Oat Bread, Coffee, Bran Flakes. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Blue Cheese, French Salad Dressing, Boiled Egg. Dinner:  Honey Chipotle Salmon, Carrots, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Mixed Nuts, Chocolate Coated or Frosted Doughnuts, Hummus with Pretzel Crisps To Go, Dark Chocolate Squares with Caramel Filling.
