Fat: 76.68g | Prot: 63.73g | Carb: 152.87g.   Breakfast:  Non Fat Plain Soy Milk, Bran Flakes, Coffee, Light Soft Spread, Multi Grain Oat Bread. Lunch:  Blue Cheese, Boiled Egg, French Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Carrots, Honey Chipotle Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Coated or Frosted Doughnuts, Dark Chocolate Squares with Caramel Filling, Hummus with Pretzel Crisps To Go, Mixed Nuts.
