Fat: 48.61g | Prot: 134.06g | Carb: 204.58g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, boiled egg, Fuji Apples, low sodium rice cakes. Lunch:  Solid White Tuna in Water, cauliflower, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Cucumber (with Peel), Baby Spinach, athenos roasted red pepper hummus, kroger flour tortillas, Almonds, strawberries. Dinner:  Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Broccoli, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), 10" Original Crust Pizza - Cheese. Snacks/Other:  watermelon, Caramel Wafer Biscuits Dark Chocolate, Krackel Miniatures, fuji apple, Goldfish Baby Cheddar Snack Crackers.
