Fat: 48.61g | Prot: 134.06g | Carb: 204.58g.   Breakfast:  boiled egg, Fuji Apples, low sodium rice cakes, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Almonds, athenos roasted red pepper hummus, Baby Spinach, cauliflower, Cucumber (with Peel), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), kroger flour tortillas, Solid White Tuna in Water, strawberries. Dinner:  10" Original Crust Pizza - Cheese, Broccoli, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Kale (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Caramel Wafer Biscuits Dark Chocolate, fuji apple, Goldfish Baby Cheddar Snack Crackers, Krackel Miniatures, watermelon.
