Fat: 36.64g | Prot: 76.77g | Carb: 273.45g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, fiber one 80 calorie cereal, kirkland red grapefruit cup. Lunch:  broccoli, spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce. Dinner:  brisket stew, lemonade, shredded chicken sandwich. Snacks/Other:  skinny cow ice cream sandwich.
