Fat: 31.95g | Prot: 71.90g | Carb: 159.80g.   Breakfast:  Semi-skimmed milk Cravendale, Sugar, tea (skimmed milk), tea (skimmed milk), tea (skimmed milk), Weetabix. Lunch:  Sainsbury's Thai green chicken soup, tea (skimmed milk), Walkers Sun Bites Wholegrain Crispy snacks (cheddar), Wholemeal bread, Kingsmill. Dinner:  Chicken breast, raw weight, cucumber, Fajita mix, Original Smoky BBQ Old El Paso, Fry light spray, Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself Greek salad cheese, salad, sweet chilli dipping sauce, tea (skimmed milk), tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Danone Yoghurt, Fondant Fancy, strawberries, tea (skimmed milk), tea (skimmed milk).
