Fat: 52.28g | Prot: 92.35g | Carb: 163.14g.   Breakfast:  coffee, Fat Free Half and Half, Oikos Organic 0% Fat Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Boar's Head Cajun Turkey Breast, croutons, Florida Orange, Mixed Lettuce Fresh Express, Wish Bone Light. Dinner:  broccoli slaw, chicken apple sausage, potato long roll, sesame dressing. Snacks/Other:  100 popcorn, cocoa roast almonds, diet coke, snickerdoodle cookie, Tootsie Roll (Mini-Midgees).
