Fat: 29.88g | Prot: 47.49g | Carb: 121.85g.   Breakfast:  almonds, apple, banana, blueberries, oatmeal steel cut, peanut butter, pineapple, strawberry. Lunch:  almonds, amy's minestrone soup. Dinner:  broccoli, flounder treasure from the sea, kale, Multi Grain Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other:  orange.
