Fat: 65.89g | Prot: 67.35g | Carb: 243.42g.   Breakfast:  quaker instant grits, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Substitute (Powdered), country crock margarine, Green Snap Beans (Drained Solids, Canned), Regular Margarine Sticks. Lunch:  potted meat, honey wheat bread, water. Dinner:  roasted chicken, rice o roni, water. Snacks/Other:  bananas, cool whip, vanilla pudding.
