Fat: 65.89g | Prot: 67.35g | Carb: 243.42g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), country crock margarine, Cream Substitute (Powdered), Green Snap Beans (Drained Solids, Canned), No Calorie Sweetener Packets, quaker instant grits, Regular Margarine Sticks. Lunch:  honey wheat bread, potted meat, water. Dinner:  rice o roni, roasted chicken, water. Snacks/Other:  cool whip, bananas, vanilla pudding.
