Fat: 85.09g | Prot: 72.78g | Carb: 209.29g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Syrup, Egg, FRIENDLY FARMS 2% MILK, Potato Bread, Whipped with Sweet Cream Buttermilk 65% Vegetable Oil Spread. Lunch:  Chicken Salad Zalad, Lite Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick. Snacks/Other:  Cherry Pie (From Recipe).
