Fat: 43.20g | Prot: 118.13g | Carb: 171.02g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Coconut Milk Creamer - French Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), No Calorie Sweetener, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Organic Ground Flaxseed. Lunch:  cento red pepper, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), claussen pickle, Fat Free Cream Cheese, flat out tomato , leafy green romaine, light sour cream, sargento light muenster, Sweet Red Peppers, tomato. Dinner:  Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Tomato Sauce, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Genisoy Deep Sea Salt Soynuts, Homestyle Cole Slaw, Nonfat Kefir Yorgurt Coffee Flavor, nutrition heart healthy bars, Rice Cake Cracker, Tootsie Roll (Small).
