Fat: 43.20g | Prot: 118.13g | Carb: 171.02g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coconut Milk Creamer - French Vanilla, No Calorie Sweetener, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Organic Ground Flaxseed. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), tomato, sargento light muenster, Sweet Red Peppers, claussen pickle, Fat Free Cream Cheese, leafy green romaine, flat out tomato , cento red pepper, light sour cream. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Tomato Sauce, Brussels Sprouts. Snacks/Other:  Genisoy Deep Sea Salt Soynuts, Tootsie Roll (Small), Homestyle Cole Slaw, Rice Cake Cracker, nutrition heart healthy bars, Nonfat Kefir Yorgurt Coffee Flavor.
