Fat: 65.09g | Prot: 103.87g | Carb: 137.10g.   Breakfast:  Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Sweet Red Peppers, Brown Mushrooms (Crimini Italian), 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese, 50/50 Omega-3 Butter Blend. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Balsamic Vinaigrette, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Baked Breaded or Battered Cod, Sweet Potato Julienne Fries, Broccoli Coleslaw. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Smoothie Drink (with Fruit Juice and Dairy Products), Wheat Crackers, Cheddar Cheese.
