Fat: 65.09g | Prot: 103.87g | Carb: 137.10g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, 50/50 Omega-3 Butter Blend, Brown Mushrooms (Crimini Italian), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Sweet Red Peppers. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinaigrette, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Baked Breaded or Battered Cod, Broccoli Coleslaw, Sweet Potato Julienne Fries. Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Cheese, Fruit Smoothie Drink (with Fruit Juice and Dairy Products), Wheat Crackers.
