Fat: 45.28g | Prot: 76.75g | Carb: 108.15g.   Breakfast:  porridge, Steamed Dumpling (Filled with Meat Poultry or Seafood). Lunch:  egg, fried beef, fried egg, Spicy Chicken Ramen. Snacks/Other:  apple, Dry Roasted Peanuts (with Salt).
