Fat: 43.44g | Prot: 51.66g | Carb: 127.73g.   Breakfast:  chicken breast, coffee, dried cranberries, mayo, walnuts, water. Lunch:  chicken, cilantro, lime juice, mayo, Peanuts, raw spinach, salad greens, water. Dinner:  California Roll Sushi, Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey, red grapefruit, sweet potato.
