Fat: 77.38g | Prot: 76.46g | Carb: 214.10g.   Breakfast:  Corn Flakes with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch:  Vegetarian Vegetable Soup (Prepared with Water), Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese and Tomato, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Biscuit. Dinner:  Toasted Multigrain Bread, Butter, Natural Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Light Beer.
