Fat: 27.73g | Prot: 37.81g | Carb: 120.51g.   Breakfast:  Clover Honey, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Porridge. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Onions, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Milk, Pineapple Juice, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
