Fat: 74.41g | Prot: 119.20g | Carb: 221.99g.   Breakfast:  Roasted potato, Egg, Deli smoked ham, Onion pepper, Salsa. Lunch:  Fuji, Flour Tortilla, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Red Salsa, Guacamole, Tortilla chips, taco cabana beans. Dinner:  Extra sharp cheddar, French bread, Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella, Balsamic vinegar, Red wine, Chicken poblano sausage, skinny cow bar. Snacks/Other:  diet sweet tea, Diet coke, Starburst, Peanut butter cookie.
