Fat: 74.41g | Prot: 119.20g | Carb: 221.99g.   Breakfast:  Deli smoked ham, Egg, Onion pepper, Roasted potato, Salsa. Lunch:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Flour Tortilla, Fuji, Guacamole, Red Salsa, taco cabana beans, Tortilla chips. Dinner:  Balsamic vinegar, Basil, Chicken poblano sausage, Extra sharp cheddar, French bread, Mozzarella, Red wine, skinny cow bar, Tomato. Snacks/Other:  Diet coke, diet sweet tea, Peanut butter cookie, Starburst.
