Fat: 82.58g | Prot: 104.79g | Carb: 280.76g.   Breakfast:  wegmans lite yogurt, coffee , splenda, french vanilla creammer, Cantaloupe Melons. Lunch:  Chicken Fettuccini, coffee, splenda, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Cantaloupe Melons. Dinner:  butter, Shrimp, salad mix, tomatoes, cucumber, Cracked Peppercorn Ranch Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter Pretzels, coffee, splenda, french vanilla liquid coffee creamer, calzone, hot fudge sundae.
