Fat: 82.58g | Prot: 104.79g | Carb: 280.76g.   Breakfast:  Cantaloupe Melons, coffee , french vanilla creammer, splenda, wegmans lite yogurt. Lunch:  Cantaloupe Melons, Chicken Fettuccini, coffee, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, splenda. Dinner:  butter, Cracked Peppercorn Ranch Dressing, cucumber, salad mix, Shrimp, tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  calzone, coffee, french vanilla liquid coffee creamer, hot fudge sundae, Peanut Butter Pretzels, splenda.
