Fat: 56.39g | Prot: 82.63g | Carb: 322.29g.   Breakfast:  Skim Chocolate Milk, Granola cereal, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch:  White Bread, Chicken Breast, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), pepperjack cheese. Dinner:  Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt, Bananas, Blueberries, Strawberries, Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal, Honey. Snacks/Other:  Zucchini Bread, Organic Crispy Rice Bar - Chocolate, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip.
