Fat: 47.44g | Prot: 52.79g | Carb: 185.45g.   Breakfast:  Kellogg's Froot Loops Super Size Portion, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Special K Cracker Chips - Sea Salt, Swiss Cheese, Wheat Dinner Rolls. Dinner:  Corn, Large Hamburger with Condiments and Vegetables, Tater Tots. Snacks/Other:  100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz), Bananas, Pretzel M&M's.
