Fat: 47.44g | Prot: 52.79g | Carb: 185.45g.   Breakfast:  Kellogg's Froot Loops Super Size Portion, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Swiss Cheese, Wheat Dinner Rolls, Special K Cracker Chips - Sea Salt. Dinner:  Large Hamburger with Condiments and Vegetables, Tater Tots, Corn. Snacks/Other:  Pretzel M&M's, Bananas, 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz).
